I simply don't travel without a GPS. There are too many times, locally or when I'm on the road, that I need to find a way to where I'm going, or I want to locate a restaurant, hotel, or business.
Luckily, over the past few years the prices on GPSs have dropped significantly, and the features you get have increased. Travelers may also want to consider GPS applications (or apps) that run on a smartphone. There are lots of options, that's why I've created this list of top GPS options for travelers.
